Legal Experience:
Bryan has gained invaluable trial experience from his time at Metropolitan Public Defender, where he represented clients accused of misdemeanors, and from his time as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Michael McShane of the Multnomah County Circuit Court. Bryan has also served as a board member of the Oregon Gay and Lesbian Law Association.
Education:
Bryan earned his law degree from Lewis and Clark Law School in Portland, Oregon. Bryan earned a bachelor’s degree in biology at Purdue University spending five semesters on research into animal and human behavior.
Personal Life:
Outside of his legal practice, Bryan leads a creative and green lifestyle. Recently, he made a mosaic of his dog, built a coop for his chickens, and built a bench in the “stick furniture” style. He spent a month in Wind Cave National Park in South Dakota performing trail work, has backpacked a portion of the Appalachian Trail, and of course backpacked on Oregon’s Mount Hood. His favorite spot in Oregon is Crescent Beach in Ecola State Park. In his backyard, you’ll find a year-round vegetable garden and a few egg-laying hens. |
